The Hanbury Countryside Show enjoys a significant footfall (around 15,000 visitors and 4,000 exhibitors). It offers superb engagement opportunities for established companies, sole traders and budding entrepreneurs, looking to connect with an affluent audience of potential customers.


Visitors to the Show come to relax and be entertained in an environment where they can browse and shop for quality items at leisure. It’s a great opportunity for you to put your products directly in front of them and also to network with other traders – perhaps opening doors to new partnerships and collaborations beyond the Show.

2026 TRADE STAND APPLICATIONS WILL OPEN SHORTLY

Book your trade stand for 2026, by completing the online application form via Showing Scene. Demand for trade space often outstrips supply, so early booking is strongly advised, and space is allocated in date of receipt order.

If we are unable to accept your application, we’ll provide a full refund promptly. If you prefer to send a postal form and cheque please download the relevant form from the options below. The Trade Stand Terms and Conditions are available to download here. If you require a stand size not listed, please get in touch.

TRADE STAND COMPETITION

Each year we invite colleagues from other shows around the country to judge our trade stands. Judging is based on originality of design, advertising value, attractiveness and general tidiness and layout of the stand.

2026 Judges will be confirmed in due course

Judging commences at 10am on the morning of the Show


First, Second and Third prize places are up for grabs in one of four categories:

- BEST CRAFT & RETAIL TRADE STAND – Trade stands located in the Craft & Retail Marquee

- BEST OUTSIDE TRADE STAND – Trade stands that are outside, but not those in agricultural trade areas

- BEST AGRICULTURAL TRADE STAND – Trade stands within the agricultural trade stand areas 

- BEST FOOD TRADE STANDS – Trade stands located in the Food Marquee
