Prices, Refunds & Cancellation
Prices:
Prices are correct at time of publishing. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Availability:
All items on www.hanburyshow.co.uk are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if items you have ordered are unavailable.
Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must email showmanager@hanburyshow.co.uk
Refunds:
Refunds are at the discretion of the Hanbury Countryside Show Society. Any application for a refund must be made in writing.
Show Cancellation:
For competition sections, please see schedule T&Cs.
Admission tickets will be refunded less transaction fees and bank charges.
Trade stand bookings will be refunded minus 15% to cover administration costs.
Sponsorships can either be rolled forward to the next show or will be refunded minus 15% to cover administration costs.
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a Show Cancellation for what ever reason.
Show Rescheduling:
If the event is rescheduled to another date your tickets will be valid, if you can not make the rescheduled date you can apply for a refund less transaction fees and bank charges. To apply email showmanager@hanburyshow.co.uk.
Liability Disclaimer:
Hanbury Countryside Show’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by www.hanburyshow.co.uk to the customer. Hanbury Countryside Show shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Hanbury Countryside Show cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website or in any schedule or catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Hanbury Countryside Show or associated sites your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by a confirmation of despatch email. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such a despatch email do not form part of the contract.
