LIHS 2026: 17th – 21st December

Competitors and horses must hold a minimum of LIHS Qualifier-Eligible Membership/ Horse Registration with the Association to be eligible to compete in the LIHS BSHA Showing series. Any competitor who qualifies for a LIHS Showing Series Supreme Final, must then complete full LIHS Qualified registration within 14 days of qualification for their qualification to stand, or it will pass to the next eligible exhibit (the nominal cost of Qualifier-Eligible membership will be taken off the cost of Full LIHS registration). Any competitors/ horses which have existing BSHA membership/ registration for 2026 will not be required to complete any LIHS Membership / Registration for these classes.


LIHS RISING STAR CLASSES 2026

Please note: Rising Star Amateur Rules 2026 are separate from BSHA Amateur rules in the main BSHA Rulebook. Please see the separate Rising Star Rulebook in the Rising Star section available on the BSHA website.

If you are in any doubt regarding your Rising Star Amateur status, please contact the BSHA Office directly, to have your status confirmed.

Class/es (insert class numbers) qualify for LIHS BSHA Rising Star Supreme Finals at the London International Horse Show, highest placed unqualified in top five to qualify.

A results points table will run for all qualifying classes, and a ‘wild card’ will be awarded to those unqualified with the highest points in each section following the final qualifier.

The Judge will NOT ride exhibits in these classes or at the Finals.


Other qualifiers being held at this year's show are:

Coloured Horse & Pony Society, Retraining of Racehorses, Veteran Horse Society, Equifest, British Spotted Pony Society, APHS Foreign Breed Society. Details available shortly in our schedule.

Please note, the ONLY classes that can be entered on the day are:

  • Clear Round
  • Fancy Dress
  • Gymkhana
  • Fun Classes

Online Entries

As soon as you have submitted your entries, you will be sent an automated email thanking you for your entries.

The email will have an order number on it, keep this order number safe as it will be used to cross reference.

Exhibitors pre-entering one class will receive one FREE show ticket. Exhibitors pre-entering two or more classes will receive two FREE show tickets, Tickets will be emailed out ahead of the show.

Additional tickets can be purchased at the time of making entries or via the Show website
www.hanburyshow.co.uk (Adults - £19.00 in advance or £23.00 on the  gate. Young Persons 12 - 16 years £11.00 in advance or £13.00 on the gate. Under 12 years go free, Under 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult).

CLASS NUMBERS MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE HORSE SECRETARY ON ARRIVAL
