TRACTOR RUN

Hanbury Countryside Show - CHARITY HORSE POWER TRACTOR RUN - Sunday 13th October 2024

To be held at: Park Hall Farm, Hanbury, Worcestershire, B96 6RD 

Breakfast and entry sign-in from 8.00am, run to depart from 10.00am prompt, anticipated finish time:4.00pm. 

Great Prizes to be won in the RAFFLE!

Refreshments: BBQ / Breakfast at the start/finish.

TRACTOR RUN: £20 per entry (including driver), accompanying adults: £10 ea and accompanying Children U16s £5 ea.

Fundraiser for the 2025 Hanbury Countryside Show to be held on Saturday 5th July. Profits will be distributed to the following three charities: MIDLANDS AIR AMBULANCE, RABI and MATT GALLAGHER FOUNDATION. 

ALL entrants must have valid insurance, driving licence and PTO shaft cover. 

Drivers must ensure they have full all-round visability.

DECLARATION - Please Read

ENTER ONLINE BELOW - Collect numbers on arrival at the Showground; please have order number with you. Online entries will close at 12noon on Friday 11th October 2024. Entries can be made on the day at the Secretary's Marquee.   

CANCELLATIONS: Should the tractor run be cancelled due to bad weather or any other reason outside the organisers' control entry fees will be refunded less a £2.50 administration fee per transaction. Should an entrant wish to withdraw from the run; entry fees will not be refunded without the submission of a valid Doctor certificate.
