The Tractor Weekend is being run to raise funds for the Hanbury Countryside Show - Saturday 5th July 2025 and the MIDLANDS AIR AMBULANCE, RABI and THE MATT GALLAGHER FOUNDATION.

ENTERING ONLINE: Collect numbers on arrival at the Showground; please have order number with you. Online entries for the Tractor Pull and Tractor Run will close at 12noon on Friday 11th October 2024. Entries can be made on the day at the Secretary's Marquee.
CANCELLATIONS: Should the event be cancelled due to bad weather or any other reason outside the organisers' control entry fees will be refunded less a £2.50 administration fee per transaction. Should an entrant wish to withdraw; entry fees will not be refunded without the submission of a valid Doctor certificate.
